Registration fees and Registration procedure

Online registration procedure:
You are welcome to register online. During the registration all participants have to fill in all following sections:
Personal information (Family name, Name and Middle name as they are written in passport, title, affiliation and position, contacts and email address).
The accompanying person should register online separately from the major participant
Hotel accommodation (please note your check-in and check-out dates, time of arrival and departure). In case of shortage in certain apartments priority will be given to those participants who were first to book them. If two participants want to share a room (with two beds), ONLY ONE of them should book it and enter the name of his/her room-fellow in the "Comments" box of the Hotel Accommodation section. The option of booking a bed in a double room is available only if your room-fellow intends to stay for the same time period. If not, the accommodation in a single room will be offered.

Cultural program.

After registration you will receive login and password. Please use them to enter into your personal registration page.

Registration fees: should be paid till April 15, 2018.
Later payment is available only after confirmation from the conference manager.

Additionally (optional): participation in Round tabels

The participation in the Conference can be cancelled in written form only to email

Cancellation terms:
For cancellations received before April 23, 2018 - the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).
For cancellation received from April 23 till May 15, 2018 - penalty 50 %. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed (minus banking costs).
For cancellation received after May 15, 2018 - no refund.
